I spotted this article via my BBC technology feed yesterday. I'd be interested to know others' comments on this article, esp. near the end of this course.

A very interesting piece. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
Once again Jacob Nielsen is exactly right. Get the basics wrong in anything and you are doomed to failure. So we need to ensure that our core library services are sound before adding new 2.0 ones.
It is an interesting hypothesis that the online behaviour of today's teenagers will be different when they reach 40. We will have to wait and see.
